Several University of Florida Department of Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine Experimental Pathology researchers, including Todd M. Brusko, Ph.D., Laurence Marguerite Morel, Ph.D., and Marco Salemi, Ph.D., were recently named as 2016 – 17 University Term Professors for the UF College of Medicine.

Developed by the UF Foundation, the University Term Professorship Program provides recognition to reward outstanding academic achievement and aims to support faculty research efforts, as well as the university’s goals for preeminence. Each award lasts three years and provides recipients with a $5,000 salary supplement per year.
