Dr. Peter A. Drew provides pathology service support to the triage, ENT, lung, cardiovascular and cytopathology units at UF Health Shands Hospital as well as service support for the UFHealth Pathology Laboratories.

Dr. Drew is a member of the cytopathology fellowship training committee and also teaches: Cardiovascular pathology to medical students and dental students Cytopathology and general surgical pathology to pathology residents and fellows

Research Profile

Dr. Drew’s research has focused on cytopathology, GU neoplasia, head & neck, heart and lung pathology.

Dr. Drew is an active member of the United States-Canadian Academy of Pathology, College of American Pathologists, American Society of Cytopathology and the Florida Society of Pathologists. He also participates in the CAP Laboratory Inspection Program.
